It draws job listings from licensed job-feed providers and from listings we've moderated and approved, and it answers questions in your own language and dialect.
Yalla Nsafer is not an immigration consultant, immigration lawyer, notary, recruiter, or travel agency, and nothing the concierge says is personalized legal, immigration, or financial advice. Where a question crosses from "how does this generally work" into "what does this mean for my specific case," the concierge will tell you so and point you to a licensed professional — we encourage you to seek one out for any decision that matters to your case.
We do not guarantee that any listed opportunity will result in a job offer, a visa, a work permit, or any immigration outcome. Job and processing conditions (fees, timelines, eligibility rules) are set by employers and governments, not by us, and can change without notice — always confirm current details with the employer or the relevant government's own official source.
Some listings come from our licensed job-feed partners; others are informal or urgent submissions we've moderated but could not independently verify the same way. We label these clearly wherever they appear. Unverified listings carry more risk, and you should verify them independently — including confirming the employer's identity — before sharing documents or money with anyone.
You may not use Yalla Nsafer to seek, offer, advertise, or facilitate anything unlawful, including but not limited to sexual services or solicitation, human trafficking, drug-related activity, forced labor, or any listing designed to deceive or defraud a seeker. We review submitted listings for exactly this, and we will remove any that don't belong here and close the account behind them.
The concierge's full matching feature is a paid subscription (currently a single "Basic" tier, billed monthly through PayPal). New users get a limited number of free preview replies before a subscription is required — during a preview reply we may tell you that a real match exists without providing the employer's application link or full requirements, to keep the preview meaningful without giving away what the subscription unlocks.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't refund the unused portion of a billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds. There are no other fees beyond the subscription price itself.

If your subscription lapses or you cancel, we keep that information for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently delete your profile and intake details (work history, documents, conversation-derived answers) — your account and login stay so you can always sign back in, just without that history.
Yalla Nsafer is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for the actions of any third-party employer, agent, or listing submitter, for the accuracy of an informal or unverified listing, or for any immigration, visa, or employment outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. A material change will be reflected in a new version date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the update. We recommend checking back if you haven't used the concierge in a while.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — pending confirmation with counsel given the platform's international user base.
